N.B. The back end of the booking system is not accessible to the public and can only be accessed via password protected GDPR-friendly logins set at different levels for different members of staff.

The package includes courses that you can put on/add yourself, but it also caters for retreat centres that are, effectively, venue hire, where the organisation and the booking of events is done by third parties such as schools, Local Authorities and churches themselves. Obviously, you are in total control of all bookings and payments can be taken online and directed straight to your bank account.

Although it is not a hotel based system, the booking system also accommodates BnB Bookings, and event management as well as event hire. All the elements in the package can be adjusted to cover all of them - even if you do all three at the same time. The system will allow multiple bookings per day for different events per day, if you are a large retreat centre or it will manage the details for a small retreat centre just as well.
