It is our birthday!
This year Worldwide Webdesign celebrates our 15th year of business!
The world wide web is growing… and so are we.
It is funny to imagine the world without the internet and it is even funnier to think that it really was not that long ago. In the early 90s, the world wide web was launched and changed everything.
We are now more connected all over the planet then we have ever been. We can get the answers to questions in a matter seconds whilst shopping for clothes, booking hotels and ordering a pizza without moving from the sofa (apparently one of the first ever online purchases as pizza!)
But using the internet as a business tool has changed the way we do business completely. We can now present our business to a global audience, allowing the potential population of customers to be endless and ever growing. We can learn from other like-minded professionals without stepping foot out of the office, thanks to online forums and chat rooms which gives us a support network and virtual fellowship. And if you run an e-commerce website, then potentially, you are making money in your sleep.
