October is our favourite month of the year.

Not just because some of us make an effort to try and stop smoking with Stoptober, or because it is Halloween but because it is the only month of the year where there is a day with 25 hours!

One whole extra hour free of charge.

Now, most of us will try to spend this extra time in bed. Meaning the only extra hour that we always wish we had, we simply sleep on it.

Are you the sort of person that wishes there were 25 hours in a day, every day? Well, sadly there aren’t but there are things you can do to maximise and make the most out of your time.
