Refund Policy
1. General
- Our services are bespoke and tailored to each client’s needs. Because of the customised nature of our work, refunds are not normally available once work has begun.
2. Deposits
- A deposit is due when a proposal is accepted.
- Deposits are non-refundable once production or development work has started.
3. Web Design & Development
- Once work commences, no refunds will be provided for services already delivered or in progress.
- This is because time, planning, design, and resources are allocated specifically for each project.
4. Hosting & Maintenance
- Fees paid for hosting and maintenance contracts are non-refundable, including any unused portion of a service period.
- Hosting and maintenance are ongoing services and charges relate to the reservation of resources and support.
5. Client Satisfaction
- If you have concerns about the quality or delivery of our services, please contact us promptly. We aim to resolve issues directly and fairly, but doing so does not create an obligation to issue a refund.
