Who cannot hack hacking anymore?

We recommend getting a padlock put in place to enable your website to be recognisably safe.

December is a busy time for people but not just because of Christmas. Hackers have been known to use this free period of time to gain illegal, unpermitted access to websites. You may have recently seen TV adverts discouraging the use of websites without a padlock (SSL certificates).

As soon as search engines like Google identify that your website has been hacked, the site will not be ranked in the search results which ultimately, loses you visitors to your site. Some hackers can even destroy websites completely by removing files and database entries.

Having a padlock has not been something which we have specifically encouraged in the past but now some web browsers are displaying warning signs for people using a login area without a padlock.

We recommend getting a padlock put in place to enable your website to be recognisably safe.

We can provide you with an SSL certificate for this.
